Before your visit

How to get the yard ready, what happens on the day, and what to do if something isn't right.

A few minutes the day before means the landscaper spends the visit on your yard, not waiting at a locked gate or working around a hose.

The day before

If the landscaper can't get in, or it isn't safe to work (a dog loose in the yard, for example), the job can't go ahead that day. What happens then is in our terms. Not sure about any of this? Email vrsandy45@gmail.com before the day.

What we haul away

On the day

Yard upkeep is done by a vetted local landscaper we work with.

  1. The landscaper arrives

You don't need to be home, as long as they can get into the yard and pets are inside.

  2. They do the work you asked for

Mowing, trimming, edging, weeds or a cleanup, then the clippings and debris are cleaned up and hauled off.

  3. You look it over

Walk the yard when it's done. Missed a spot? Tell us, and we'll send them back to fix it.

  4. Then you pay

By card through Square, once the work is done. No deposit. Prices are before New Mexico gross receipts tax.

If something isn't right

Missed spots. Tell us within 48 hours of the visit, with a photo if you can, and we'll send the landscaper back to fix it at no charge.

Something damaged? Tell us within 72 hours, with photos, and please don't repair it yourself before we've seen it. The details are in our terms.

Need to change the day?

Email vrsandy45@gmail.com as soon as you know. If weather stops the work, we'll move it, at no charge either way.

Installs are different

For installs, the landscaper we connect you with sets up their own visit and quote, and you agree the price, the schedule and how to get ready with them directly.
