This website and the domain lascruceslandscapers.com are for sale. Las Cruces Landscapers is not an operating landscaping business, isn't booking yard upkeep and isn't taking jobs, so nothing on this site is an offer of service. The sections below show how the terms read on the finished website a buyer would get.
1Who we are
Las Cruces Landscapers is run by Hope Sandoval LLC, based in Las Cruces, New Mexico. You can reach us at vrsandy45@gmail.com.
2Two kinds of work
Yard upkeep (mowing, trimming, edging, weed removal, yard and leaf cleanups, debris haul-off, and regular visits) is booked with and paid to us. The work is done by a vetted local landscaper we work with. Installs (sod, sprinkler and irrigation installs, trees, rock and xeriscape, pavers and patios, and artificial turf) are by referral only: see "Installs: we only make the introduction" below.
3Quotes and prices
Quotes are free. The price for your upkeep job is the one we give you before the work, by phone, text or email. If the yard turns out bigger or the job different than described, for example far more debris than expected, we tell you the new price before the work goes ahead, and you can say no.
4Tax
Prices are before New Mexico gross receipts tax, which is added on top when you pay.
5Paying for upkeep
You pay us once the work is done, by card through Square. We don't take deposits for yard upkeep.
6Missed spots
If something that was part of the job was missed, tell us within 48 hours of the visit, with a photo if you can, and we'll send the landscaper back to fix it at no charge.
7Damage
If you think something was damaged during a visit, tell us within 72 hours, with photos, and please don't repair it yourself before we've had a chance to see it. We'll look into it with the landscaper, and if the work caused it, we'll arrange the repair or pay a fair repair cost. We aren't responsible for things hidden in the grass or beds that weren't pointed out to us, like sprinkler heads below the grass line, low yard lights or unmarked buried lines.
8Gates, pets and hazards
Please leave gates unlocked or give us the code, keep pets inside, and pick up toys, hoses and yard decor before the visit. Tell us about hazards we can't see, like wasp nests, holes or broken glass. Before your visit has the full list.
9Stopping unsafe work
The landscaper may stop or skip work where it isn't safe, for example an aggressive animal loose in the yard, a wasp or bee nest, lightning, or people or pets in the work area. You pay only for the work done.
10If the landscaper can't do the work
If the landscaper comes out and can't do the job, for example a locked gate or a dog loose in the yard, there's no charge. We'll call or text you to set a new day.
11Changing or cancelling a visit
Email vrsandy45@gmail.com as soon as you know. If weather stops the work, we move it at no charge.
12Installs: we only make the introduction
For install work, we only make the introduction. With your OK, we pass your request to a vetted local landscaper who does that kind of work. They visit, quote, do and are paid for the work directly by you. The contract, the price, the warranty and the payment for install work are between you and that landscaper. Las Cruces Landscapers doesn't do, quote, warranty or take payment for install work, and we don't guarantee work done through a referral. Before install work starts, ask the landscaper for their license number and insurance certificate; you can look up any New Mexico contractor's license on the Construction Industries Division's website.
13Sharing your request
We pass your request to a landscaper only if you tick the box saying it's OK, and only to the one who'll do the work. The privacy policy explains what we share and why.
14Photos and reviews
We never post photos of your yard or your name without your written permission.
15Limits on what we're responsible for
We aren't responsible for damage to buried lines or hidden items that weren't marked or pointed out, for delays outside our control, or for install work done through a referral.
16Changes to these terms
If these terms change, this page changes and the date at the top is updated. The terms in place when you booked apply to your job.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico.
